Whangārei Art Museum is Northland’s public art gallery, and the permanent home of the city’s art collection, which embraces both heritage and contemporary artworks.

Whangārei Art Museum hosts touring and internally curated exhibitions, showcasing artistic excellence from Northland, New Zealand and the world. The Museum’s collection contains heritage and contemporary artworks, as well as significant bequests.
