We are looking forward to welcoming you back into the Art Museum very soon.

The HUB Information Centre have moved out and the space is now the entrance to Whangārei Art Museum.

We will open Hātea Pop-up Shop Tuesday 7 December and the galleries will reopen on Saturday 18 December. Learn about our upcoming exhibitions here.

Renovations are complete and the galleries are looking great. We now have higher walls measuring 3.4 meters, new entry walls for exhibition mastheads, a spacious open plan layout and a new doorway connecting the two galleries.

A big thank you to our i-SITE friends for working alongside us for the past 10 years since we moved to the Town Basin in 2011!

All the Information Centre’s services have moved into Raumanga i-SITE Visitor Centre at 92 Otaika Road.
